Many of the Real Estate Photography shoots that I do for myself as well as other agents are for Townhouses and Apartments in sectional title complexes and apartment buildings. These properties are quite small and compact with small gardens. Having good quality photos of these properties for advertising also helps a lot as there are so many bad photos on the various websites ang good photos will make the property stand out from the rest … sales & rentals.
Elevation photos also work nicely to show where the property is located in the complex, garden size etc …. here are some examples.
