Every property is different and although it is always nice to throw in a couple of artistic shots, my Real Estate Photography services are aimed at assisting the Real Estate Agent or Seller to make sure that the property is presented in the best possible way with good quality photos when going to the market.

I like to focus on specific features that ad value to the property and that will make it stand out from the other properties in the area. The size of the rooms and special features such as lighting, flooring, built-in cupboard space, kitchen and bathroom features etc.

Every Real Estate Photographer has he’s or her own style, I see some amazing photos on the internet of properties being advertised but then there are some really shocking photos. I can’t help but think that those sellers can never be happy with the way that their properties are presented. If you know what you are doing, you can even take pretty decent photos with a cellphone and post them with some basic editing.
